Please see screenshot of your additional USA Import Duty fees added.
Although you paid for your international shipping, new laws in the USA require US Custom Import Duties to be paid in advance at the country of origin, instead of when it gets to you. In the beginning we were covering the cost, however, it’s costing hundreds of pounds a week, so we are now having to send customers the USA Import duties before we can ship items to the USA.
As soon as you pay this invoice for the additional £8.00 we will ship your Jellycat plushies.
The Breakdown is in the customs quote on these photos from Royal Mail. We have obviously deducted the amount you already paid for shipping at checkout already.
If you have any queries regarding the invoice please contact us by email as soon as you can as this will delay your package being shipped. As soon as the custom fees are paid, we will ship your order.
